Gospel Is Golden Ministry is excited to announce that Karen Peck & New River—one of Southern Gospel music’s most beloved and award-winning groups—will be performing on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Historic Golden Windmill in Golden, Illinois.
Everyone is invited to attend this special evening of music and worship. Admission is free, and a freewill love offering will be received.
Six-time Grammy nominees and nine-time GMA Dove Award winners, Karen Peck & New River have been a powerful influence in the Gospel music industry for nearly 30 years. In 2018, Karen Peck Gooch was inducted into the Gospel Music Association Hall of Fame, recognizing her lasting impact on the genre. Known for their signature blend of progressive sound and traditional Southern Gospel roots, the group continues to inspire audiences across generations. Their passion for excellence and dedication to sharing the message of Jesus Christ remain stronger than ever.
